With current health concerns and travel restrictions related to COVID-19, we’re seeing the cancellations of international conferences, music festivals, major sporting events and everything else in between. The world as we know it has changed dramatically and if we want to keep our businesses moving forward, we need to adapt. Fast.
We’re committed to working with you to ensure that your training business continues to operate during this time. Whether you’re an existing Arlo customer, or a new customer looking to join us today, we’ve put some plans in place to help make things a little easier during this uncertain time.
You have our support
Firstly, we can assure you that Arlo is well placed to continue operating in these circumstances, and our service to you is unaffected. Our team is distributed around the world, they are set-up to work remotely, and we have strong processes in place for times like these. Your support queries will continue to be answered promptly and you will continue to see product improvements. We’re also working hard behind the scenes on initiatives that will help ease your load and make the transition to an online training model a smooth one. We’ll keep you updated with our progress.
Ensuring business continuity with online solutions
Millions of face-to-face events, classes and courses have been postponed or cancelled, and businesses are already pivoting to online solutions. With the ability to create webinars, set-up webinars from existing events, sell recorded webinars and create online courses, Arlo customers are well placed to adapt. It’s our goal to help you transition seamlessly, and over the coming weeks you’ll see product announcements, case studies and a series of blog posts and articles from us focused on helping you navigate the move from traditional face-to-face events to online.
In the meantime, we have a whole lot of existing resources in our knowledge base to get you started:
Create a webinar
Sell a recorded webinar
Set-up a webinar from an existing event template
Elearning (online self-paced learning)
Existing customers: We’re removing fees
If you missed the short video message above from our CEO John, we don’t want you worrying about any additional costs so we’ve removed our cancellation fees. From 18 March until 30 June, we are crediting all registration cancellations, even if they occur after 30 days of the registration. For pay-as-you-go customers, we will credit this back to you. If you pay annually, we will carry over these registrations until 30 June.
Free additional administrators
We’re also offering all existing customers free additional licences until 30 June. That way every member of your team, wherever they are working from, can be on the tools helping. To get additional licences, book a free Customer Success session.
